Our Cable Filler Product Line

Twisted Paper Cable Filler

Our twisted paper cable fillers maintain the geometry of an electrical cable by supporting and stabilizing it. We manufacture these fillers by slitting large rolls of paper into varying widths, dipping the strips into wax, and twisting the strips around a reinforcement material (typically fiberglass) for a solid round filler.

Untwisted Plastic Cable Filler

These fillers fill empty spaces within a cable and provide structural support. Made for easy handling during cable manufacturing, our untwisted plastic fillers feature a soft mesh-like pattern that uniformly fills the vacant spaces between conductors inside the cable.

Twisted Plastic Cable Filler

Used to construct cables by providing mechanical support and maintaining the shape of the cable, our twisted plastic fillers help reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk between conductors. For applications that require a round profile to fill voids, we twist an extruded tape to form a round length.
